Philippine Association of Realty Consultants and Specialists 2nd General Membership Meeting A Milestone in Governance and Professional Excellence The Philippine Association of Realty Consultants and Specialists (PARCS) successfully held its 2nd General Membership Meeting on July 4, 2026, at 8 Rockwell, Makati City, highlighted by the historic ratification of the Association's revised By-Laws. This significant milestone reinforces the Association's commitment to strong governance, unity, and professional excellence. PARCS extends its sincere appreciation to Arch. Michaela Rosette M. Santos-Tayag for her presentation on Introduction to Green Building and Engr. Dominador G. Castro, Jr. for his discussion on PGBI and its Goals, inspiring members to embrace sustainable practices in the real estate industry.
